You call, we depart. It is that simple. Our express service truly lives up to
the name of rapid transport. Within four hours after collection, your package will reach its destination in the Netherlands. Guaranteed — because today at Mijnders B.V. never means tomorrow. And immediately never means later.

Rapid transport in all forms. Speed is important, service equally so. Mijnders B.V. is more than a courier company: above all, we are a transport partner who carries out your urgent transport entirely according to your wishes. Whether it concerns a national or international shipment. Think of:

• Exclusive transport without groupage
• Exchange assignments, for example between dentist and laboratory

A small parcel? Our Caddy Maxi will suffice. Pallet transport? Our vans for rapid transport can carry up to four pallets at a time. Even more cargo? Then choose our trucks!

Rates as of 01-01-2026:

Express service: € 0.75 / km

Diesel/Energy surcharge: Update 11 march 2026: 17% of the trip price.

This due to the current high fuel prizes because of the situation in the middle east.

From 0 to 100 kg minimum trip price € 35.00
From 100 to 249 kg + € 15.00
From 250 to 499 kg + € 25.00

Shipments from 500 kg up to 30 tonnes on request.

Combined trip rate furthest destination plus € 15.00 for each additional address.
Additional stop € 15.00 maximum 15 minutes – thereafter € 15.00 per 15 minutes.

Called before 17:00 is delivered the next day before 17:00.

Surcharges

Evening surcharge = +25% (No congestion surcharge)
Night surcharge = +50%
Length surcharge + € 15.00 per trip
Trailer surcharge + € 30.00 per trip
Saturday = +50% (No charge for passing on delivery details)
Sunday/Public holiday = +100% (For contract transport: no evening and/or night surcharge)

If an overnight stay is necessary en route, these costs will be charged to you.

If you would like your goods transported more sustainably, we now also have an electric Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo. The loading space is slightly smaller than that of a transporter. The deployment of this vehicle is limited in terms of distance and availability, therefore please reserve well in advance.

1. All goods must be provided with a clear address label and a consignment note,
available from the driver if required;
2. Refused shipments or shipments with an incorrect or incomplete address will be returned to the sender; these return shipments will be invoiced at the same rate as a delivery shipment;
3. In case of absence at the destination, a notice will be left;
4. The recipient must contact JL Mijnders B.V. for a second delivery. The costs thereof are for the sender;
5. Proof of delivery will, if desired, be faxed to the sender on the same day or the
following day;
6. Rates are exclusive of toll charges and calculated on the basis of TLN Route Planner version 8;
7. Transport is carried out under the General Terms and Conditions for Courier
Services, latest version, filed by the Stichting Vervoeradres with the registry of the District Courts of Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

Explanation

Article 5 of these conditions increases the liability of the courier compared to the liability laid down in Article 8:1095 of the Dutch Civil Code.

On the basis of this article, this increase in liability is null and void unless Article 5 of these conditions is laid down in a separate document containing the transport agreement.
